Beyond broadcast, Jim has scaled digital sports platforms from niche to mass-market — including a long-running content partnership that grew from 30,000 to more than 3.5 million monthly users. Today, that range is what he brings to every MICROBURST engagement.
Based in Chicago with an active presence in Miami and Latin America, Jim partners with brand and marketing leaders to turn ambitious ideas into work that earns attention and stands up over time. He lives in Naperville, Illinois with his wife, Roxanne, and their son.

Daysi Salazar is Partner & Head of Strategy at MICROBURST. An engineer by training and a marketer by practice, she brings a systems-driven approach to brand strategy, content, and growth.
Her background spans technology and consulting, including her role as COO at NeosCloud, where she helped scale cloud and SaaS solutions for enterprise clients before turning her focus to brand and content strategy. Daysi has helped grow national brands through embedded partnerships with Wilson, YMCA USA, Stretch Zone, Völkl, Gamma Sports, and the Racquet Sports Professionals Association.
Her creative work has aired on OTT platforms and CBS Sports Network. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Daysi serves as Billie Jean King Cup Captain for the Dominican Republic and works with young players to develop the next generation of talent.

Previously a CPQ Solution Architect at Accenture, Elvis designed Configure, Price, Quote systems on Salesforce to streamline revenue operations for enterprise clients. He founded and served as CEO of NeosCloud, delivering SaaS consulting in CPQ, CRM, and custom cloud implementations, with earlier roles at CallidusCloud (now SAP) and Eaton. He holds ServiceNow certifications and is a Certified SAFe® 6 Agile Product Manager.
A graduate of Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, Elvis leads MICROBURST's technology strategy — automating workflows, integrating AI, and turning creative campaigns into scalable, full-funnel solutions.

A former NCAA Division I tennis player and Top‑50 junior in South America, Federico has worked hands-on with elite athletes including Anna Blinkova (#56), Veronika Kudermetova (#9), and Wimbledon Champion Elena Rybakina (#4), as well as high-performance juniors and adult players. His background in coaching, strategy, and performance informs his approach to building client relationships and executing growth initiatives.
