Two partners lead the work. Around them is a senior bench across production, strategy, technology and growth, plus the production crew to execute it. You always know who’s doing what.
The partner in the first meeting is still there when the work goes live.

A multi-Emmy®, Telly Gold, and PromaxBDA-winning creative whose work has run on NBC Sports, CBS Sports, MTV, Golf Channel, Hearst, and The CW. As seen on Televisa Deportes, Bell Media, and Fox Sports Australia. Executed creative that helped The CW land its historic NASCAR broadcast rights deal, and Mandarin-language instructional video content for FIBA’s China Youth Basketball Training Program.

FEATURED ENGAGEMENTS · KIA · SPORTSEDTV · PLANES

On-site media production partner for the SP3/Seltos launch clinic, delivered to Kia’s global brand standard.
A regional vehicle debut running to a global brand standard, with one launch clinic to capture everything 43 markets would need. No second take.
Ran on-site media production for the launch clinic: a capture plan built backwards from what each market had to publish, shot to Kia's global brand guidelines, with senior crew on the floor rather than a rotating freelance bench.
Delivered full media coverage and more than 100 individual deliverables, to Kia's global brand standard, across 43 Latin American markets.

Eight years with the platform, four as its embedded creative and production department. Seen in 190+ countries across 30+ sports; monthly users grew from 30K to 5.1M.
An instructional sports platform with world-class coaches and no repeatable way to turn them into content. Every shoot was a one-off, and the library could not grow faster than the calendar allowed.
Jim ran video content and production; Daysi ran content marketing. Together they built and ran the way the platform produced and published content: the capture format, the calendar and the publishing standard. They delivered every brand program that ran through it, including FIBA and the RSPA. One shoot day yields a season of instruction across multiple sports and languages.
Eight years and counting, on brand and on schedule the whole way. Seen in 190+ countries across 30+ sports, grown from 30,000 to more than 5.1 million monthly users as of July 2026, with hundreds of millions of impressions per year.

Executive production, brand, and social for a series hosted by Evangelina Ortiz de Leon, distributed by Infobae América to millions across Latin America.
A Spanish-language podcast entering season two while the format was still evolving. Season two needed its own shape, built around the host’s voice and Infobae América’s distribution standards. Infobae América has a creative team; the podcast needed dedicated focus and a brand built around the show.
Executive production across the series: ideation, planning, production, brand creative, promos and social editorial. We developed season two with Evangelina Ortiz de Leon and Infobae América at the same table, so the show, brand and distribution plan were built together from day one.
Season two in production and the engagement ongoing, distributed by Infobae América across Latin America. Guest bookings have been consistently strong, landing newsmakers and leaders. Audience figures are still building.
SELECTED DIGITAL BUILDS · IDENTITY + PLATFORM, END TO END

Stop guessing. Start cashing. The site leads with the record: every pick is public and the ledger is right up front.
A picks operation in a category where everyone hides their record. Kyle Greene puts every pick on the record, so the site had to lead with the ledger and let the outcome do the talking.
Full identity and platform: The Tape, a running 7-day results ledger updated in public; the method laid out in four moves, approach, delivery, accountability, on camera; and a free-play signup that works exactly like paid access.
Lets the record make the argument. No guarantees, no buried terms, no pretending every day produces a play. Visitors see the outcomes first and decide with the evidence on the table.

A career-spanning portrait of the conductor, author, and former Walt Disney Company band and orchestra director.

Sit down for the cut. Stay for the conversation. A booking-first site with the room’s character carried straight into the type.
An appointment-only shop, est. 2015, with real character and a site that showed neither. Walk-ins were not the model; every path had to land on the chair.
An editorial, magazine-numbered build: the house, the work, the craft, the barber. Warm room photography, a scissors-and-comb line system, and Book the Chair wired straight into scheduling.
Turns a visit into an appointment in one motion, and lets the proof close: 10+ years in the chair, a 4.9 across Yelp and Google, 100+ five-star reviews.

An editorial portfolio for 40 years of original music: scores, film, and inquiries on one cinematic page.
40 years of composition with no single place to hear it, see it, or license it. The work deserved a listening room, not a list.
A cinematic single page that plays his actual recordings, walks the career timeline from 37 years in the classroom to Oasis Productions and That’s My America, and puts scores and licensing one step away. It even includes his first instrument: a playable three-octave piano.
Lets the music make the case. Visitors listen, read the life behind it, and route straight to scoring and licensing inquiries without a form maze.

SELECTED BRAND PROGRAMS DELIVERED BY OUR TEAM
From the start, communication with MICROBURST has been incredibly easy. Always open to feedback, committed to quality, and consistently delivering on objectives.
They’ve been in the room with me during critical meetings, helping navigate deals and strategy at a level most creative agencies simply don’t operate at.
They are thoughtful collaborators who listened carefully and helped translate our vision into a strong digital presence.
Brand, content and production are the core. Technology comes in when the work needs more than creative. Partners stay on it from start to finish.
Positioning and identity, plus the website and system that carry them. Nobody should have to guess what you do.
Campaign ideas, editorial direction and a steady stream of work that keeps the brand moving.
Commercials, brand video, social, event coverage. The partner on your concept call is there for the final export.
CRM, automation, AI, cloud and integrations when they make the work easier to run.
Sometimes the creative is only half the problem. A broken handoff, a messy CRM or missing reporting can slow everything down.
We can handle that too: CRM, automation, AI, cloud and integrations, brought in when they make the work run better.
This is the plumbing behind the work when the job needs it.

We keep the roster small so the work stays sharp.
Most people who call us have no creative department, or a small team carrying a much bigger load. That’s exactly what we’re built for.
If we’re a fit, a partner is in your business within the first week: priorities set, first deliverables scoped, work moving by week two.
TELL US THIS · 20 SECONDS · SEND IT OR BRING IT TO THE CALL
15 minutes with a partner. Book now, or email this brief first so we can skip the basics. If there’s a fit, we’ll tell you what a first engagement could look like. No deck.
We take six engagements at a time. Book immediately, or send the brief first. Either way, we’ll tell you on the first call whether there’s a fit and what the work is likely to cost.
AI · HOW WE USE IT
We use AI every day. The senior team still makes every decision.
Research, early concepting, production prep and repetitive tasks. It saves time, especially on the parts nobody hired us to drag out.
A partner or senior lead signs off on the work. That’s the person accountable for it.
If AI materially contributes to a deliverable, we tell you. You’ll know where it was used and why.
Whatever tools we use, the work is ours to stand behind.
